Louis works in Frontier’s Telecomms team with experience across competition and regulatory issues, including access pricing, margin squeeze, spectrum auction design, and business modelling.
He has worked on a range of large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. His recent work includes supporting a large EU operator in developing the financial elements of its bid for a large-scale public tender, supporting a Caribbean telecommunications regulator in setting price caps for key services in the region, and aiding EU operators in developing funding claims associated with its Universal Service Obligation.
Louis holds an MSc in Economics and Econometrics and a BSc in Economics, both from the University of Manchester.
