Kirill advises clients across a wide range of competition and energy issues with a focus on merger and antitrust litigation cases.
He has been working on cases before the European Commission, as well as domestic authorities and courts including the UK, Germany, Denmark, South Africa, and Australia. Recent examples of his work include advising on a high profile phase II merger in the financial sector, and supporting the Swiss regulator’s renewable energy programme by providing insights on auction design. Beyond that his sector experience includes telecoms, healthcare, automotive, and various consumer goods.
Kirill is fluent in German and also speaks Russian. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
