Prarthana has been advising clients across jurisdictions on competition and regulatory issues since 2016.
She enjoys using data and other evidence to understand knotty economic issues and translating these into creative, yet simple, solutions to clients.
Prarthana has advised a broad mix of clients on mergers, dominance assessments and follow-on damages litigation cases, and aided in submissions to the European Commission, national regulatory authorities in the UK, South Africa and India and courts. Her recent work has been in the financial, telecoms and digital markets.
Prarthana holds degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. She has previous experience in investment banking.
