Tony provides key insight across a range of regulatory issues within the telecom sector.
He has advised both regulatory authorities and telecom operators across a range of countries that covers the UK, Europe, Caribbean and Middle East. His recent projects included providing support to an abuse of dominance case and conducting market review analyses.
Before joining Frontier, Tony worked as an economist for the UK communications regulator, Ofcom, where he gained experience in regulatory economics as well as in conducting quantitative analysis in relation to micro-econometrics and price control modelling.
He holds an MSc in Economics from University College London and a BSc in Economics and Econometrics from University of Nottingham.
