Catherine is an associate and works in Frontier’s Public Policy Practice.
Catherine is a skilled economist and has over 18 years’ experience designing frameworks, conducting research and statistical analysis to deliver economic impact evaluations.
Catherine’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors including technology, innovation and the creative industries, and has particular expertise designing theory of change led multi-stage evaluation frameworks, advising clients on how to measuring short to longer term impact and value for money to inform Spending Review assessments.
Clients include UKRI, Publishers Association, DCMS and BEIS. Prior to joining Frontier as an associate, Catherine worked as a consultant in our London office and an economic consultant at the World Bank.
