Sarah brings international and public sector experience to her role as a consultant at Frontier.
As a consultant at Frontier, Sarah focuses primarily on competition-related work. She has previously advised on regulatory cases before South Africa's Competition Commission and energy regulator (NERSA), as well as working on retail energy programmes at Ofgem off the back of the energy market investigation.
At Frontier Sarah has been involved in merger assessment and litigation cases across energy, telecoms and online platforms. She has gained project management, licence compliance and analytical expertise from her regulatory work. Through collaborating with clients and stakeholders she has delivered two-sided platform assessments, cartel litigation support, bidding market merger assessments and inputs for impact evaluations.
She holds degrees in economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the University of Cape Town.
