Catalina works across several practices, with a special focus on regulatory and competition issues.

Catalina specializes in the application of economic analysis to competition policy and market regulation cases across several industries, in particular the telecommunications and energy sectors.

Catalina is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English. She holds an Msc in Specialised Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Bs in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
