Chiara Anselmetti

Chiara is a consultant in the energy and competition practice in Frontier’s Cologne office.

Combining her economic expertise with strong and thorough analytical skills, genuine curiosity and careful listening allows Chiara to find solutions to her clients’ complex questions.

In the energy practice, she has advised clients on various subjects – such as PtX strategies, the market design of future energy systems, energy system modelling and, more broadly, regulatory challenges in the electricity and gas markets. In competition, Chiara has been involved in damage estimations for antitrust proceedings.

Chiara holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Cologne and a BSc in Economics from the University of Muenster. Before joining Frontier as a graduate, she worked at several research institutes, such as the EWI (Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne) and IDOS (German Institute of Development and Sustainability, formerly DIE/GDI). She’s fluent in German and English and has a good command of French.
