Julia Gorochovskij

Based in Berlin, Julia joined Frontier in 2021, she works in the Energy and Competition practices.

Recent examples of her work include an applied cost comparison of variants of a regional hydrogen network, an assessment of potential designs for a hydrogen regulation framework, as well as advisory for the design of subsidy auctions for photovoltaic plants.

Prior to joining Frontier, Julia attained an MSc in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University in Milan, with a strong focus on microeconomic and econometric topics. She also gained research experience through internships at the OECD, the World Bank, and the ifo Institute for Economic Research.

Julia holds a BSc in International Management from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.  She is fluent in German, English, and Russian, and has knowledge of French, Italian, and Spanish.
