Rowena uses quantitative and qualitative economic analysis to provide answers and insights across a range of policy areas.

Rowena is passionate about using economics to design effective policies. She combines expert analytical skills with excellent communication, to ensure that high quality economic evidence and advice are accessible to clients of any background.

Prior to joining Frontier Rowena was an associate director at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She has over a decade of experience working with stakeholders from across government, the private sector, third sector organisations and academia. She has worked in areas including health and social care, public finance, pensions and saving, labour markets and demographic change.

Rowena has a Master’s degree in Economics from University College London and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
