Informing climate policy for 2030

Informing climate policy for 2030

The European Industry Association, Business Europe, asked Frontier Economics to help them find a common position in relation to the Commission’s Green Book on Energy and Climate Policy for 2030.

Our role was to moderate and inform the discussion process among member organisations in Business Europe. Our analysis related to the economic impact of alternative policy targets and policy instruments, based on economic logic and empirical evidence.

Enabling innovative thinking

Business Europe used our analysis to develop its own position and produce a report with its own findings which was submitted to the European Commission.
