Frontier is delighted to support Bloody Good Period (BGP) on a pro bono basis with a feasibility study for an impact evaluation of their Bloody Good Employers (BGE) program.

BGE was launched in 2021 as an initiative by the charity BGP to create fairer and safer workplaces for employees and all who menstruate. The program’s key objectives are to review and improve policy, culture and communications around periods and menopause at work to create a positive impact for employees, employers, and wider society. Profit from the programme is donated to support the wider work of BGP which includes a sustainable flow of menstrual products and education for those who cannot afford or access. 

Our study aims to provide the key building blocks upon which an evaluation framework could be based, to assess the extent to which the intended outcomes of the programme were achieved. It will be used internally by BGP to inform strategic next steps as well as externally to support discussions with current and future BGE partners.
