Frontier is pleased to announce the promotion of Martin Duckworth to Director.

Martin has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He advises clients across a broad range of issues including policy, regulation, competition and strategy. He has particular strength in regulation, building long term relationships as a trusted advisor, delivering analysis based on in depth knowledge of the sector, which has a positive influence on regulatory decisions. Martin also has a strong track record in advising governments, regulators and operators on investments in next generation technology, such as  the current debate on the future roll out of full fibre fixed networks and 5th generation (5G) mobile networks.
