David is a Manager working in Frontier’s Competition and Public Policy practices with a focus on digital issues.
David combines quantitative skills with a genuine passion for using economics to support clients. His competition experience includes market studies, mergers, abuse of dominance, and litigation cases before the European Commission and National Competition Authorities for clients in the digital, retail, online takeaway, energy, telecoms and travel sectors.
Much of David’s recent work has had a digital focus and in 2020 David spent 4 months on secondment at Meta working as an economist/data scientist in Meta’s legal team where he worked on a range of competition matters. David has an interest in digital issues beyond competition and has worked for public and private sector organisations on the role of international data flows and the appraisal of digital/data investments.
Prior to his work in consulting, David interned at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Economics and Management (First) and an MPhil in Economics (Distinction).
