Sam is an Associate Director in Frontier’s energy practice leading projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and European energy sector.
He specialises in electricity and gas market design, in particular related to the low carbon transition, capacity markets, and network charging. He also provides clients with electricity market due diligence and dispute support.
Besides his work in consulting Sam has more than 10 years experience as a professional economist for the UK Government, analysing policy in the fields of energy, climate change, transport, housing and planning.
Sam holds a degree in Economics from Warwick University, and MSc Economics from the London School of Economics
