Isabelle is a manager at Frontier and provides economic advice on regulatory, competition and policy issues to private companies, governments and regulators in the postal and delivery markets.

Isabelle is an experienced expert in regulation and competition policy, leading projects for the European Commission, regulatory bodies, and commercial firms in the postal sector and transport sectors in Europe. She offers broad advisory services, specializing in commercial and regulatory issues such as universal service funding, price controls, access pricing, competition matters in the postal industry, and postal reform initiatives. In the transport sector, Isabelle advises on regulated charges at airports and conducts economic impact assessments for the express industry.  She is a native French speaker with a Master’s degree in Economics from Birkbeck College, UK
