Patrick is a Manager in Frontier’s Cologne office with more than 10 years of experience advising leading companies and regulators in the European energy sector.
His work focuses on EU climate policy, grid regulation and electricity market modelling. He regularly deals with questions of market and policy design in energy markets, the assessment of power plant investments and litigation or arbitration cases in the energy sector.
Patrick holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Münster with a focus on econometrics, energy economics and microeconomics and a bachelor’s degree in economics and law, also from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. During his Master’s, Patrick also studied at University of California in San Diego (USA).
Patrick Peichert is fluent in German and English and has advanced knowledge of French.
