Alex focuses on climate change and decarbonisation. She uses her analytical skills to help solve problems that relate to the electricity market, transport sector and fuel supply.

She has experience undertaking both qualitative and quantitative analysis and translating empirical work and economic theory into clear answers for a variety of public and private sector clients. Examples include designing business models for low-carbon hydrogen production and hydrogen-to-power; modelling the costs of decarbonising heat and installing carbon capture to a major power plant; and analysing the impacts of UK ETS on players within UK aviation.
