Kirill advises clients across a wide range of competition issues with a focus on merger and antitrust litigation cases.
Based in Frontier’s London office, he has been working on cases before the European Commission, as well as domestic authorities and courts including the UK, Germany, Denmark, South Africa, and Australia. Recent examples of his work include advising one of the world’s leading tech companies in the context of an EC market investigation, as well as supporting the London Stock Exchange Group throughout a high profile phase II merger. Beyond that his sector experience includes telecoms, healthcare, automotive, and various consumer goods.
Kirill is fluent in German and also speaks Russian. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
