Hugo provides economic advice to a range of clients across Frontier’s different practices.
He has worked on different cross-jurisdictional litigation cases, a UK class action lawsuit, and a Dutch merger case. He has also worked in energy and broadband regulation, energy sector modelling, and policy evaluation. Prior to joining Frontier, Hugo did an internship at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Hugo holds an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics. He obtained a BSc in Econometrics and Operations Research and a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and did an exchange semester at the University of Buenos Aires. Hugo is a native Dutch speaker and speaks Spanish.
