Joe supports clients on issues related to regulation, competition and disputes in the Energy and Telecommunication sectors.
Since joining Frontier in 2019, Joe has combined his economic, econometric and technical skillsets to bring clarity to the problems faced by Frontier’s clients. His experience spans leading financial modelling and econometric analysis to support expert witness testimony to clearly articulating key economic insights to regulators and competition authorities.
Before joining Frontier, Joe completed a PhD in Economics at Lancaster University. His research used econometrics to evaluate the impact of various English education policies on student attainment.
