Matt advises clients on regulatory, competition and private litigation issues in the telecoms and energy sectors.
Matt’s clients include national regulatory authorities, network operators and international organisations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has advised on a broad range of topics, from mobile spectrum valuation to electricity market design and network regulation.
Matt holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics.
