Martin Streichardt

Martin is a Consultant based in Berlin and works in Frontier’s Competition and Energy practices.

Martin helps clients from various sectors including electricity, hydrogen and renewable fuels to find answers to their economic, regulatory and strategic questions. Recent examples of his work include quantum analysis for an investor-state dispute in the German energy market and litigation support against allegations of anti-competitive behaviour for a client in the technology sector.

His experience covers a range of competition related issues including abuse-of-dominance cases, cartel damage estimation and market investigations.

Martin holds a MSc in Economics and Management of Government and International Organisations from Bocconi University as well as a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance. He obtained his BSc in Economics from the University of Cologne. He fluently speaks English and German.

What weird food combinations do you enjoy?

I will add Sriracha to literally anything.

If you won the lottery, would be the first thing you buy?

I would fly to a very pleasant, tropical location and finally get that Scuba diving license.

What did you want to be when you were 10?

Many things but ‘economist’ was definitely not amongst them.
