Sam is a Manager who works across Frontier’s competition and telecoms practices.
His recent work in the competition sector includes mergers, market investigations and follow-on damages cases for clients across the retail, transport, financial services and technology sectors. He has also worked on a range of regulatory issues in the telecommunications sector including auction design, spectrum pricing and valuation, and market reviews.
He holds an MSc in Economics from University College London.
