Will joined Frontier’s London office in 2021, he uses economic principles, critical thinking, and quantitative techniques to provide insights into complex problems.

Recent examples of his work include quantifying the social return on investment of Nuffield Health’s flagship long-covid rehabilitation programme, using econometrics to model the determinants of price as part of an overcharge analysis in a competition litigation case, and developing web scraping tools to augment research into internet traffic sources for Meta.

After completing an MSc in Economics from University College London and a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick. He has extensive experience in data science using R, Stata, and Python.
