Emma Kearney

Emma joined Frontier in 2021 and is working in our Public Policy and Energy Practices.

Emma’s recent work has been across topics including climate change, regulation and education and skills. She has worked across various types of projects, including evaluations and forward looking research projects for public-sector clients, and support for private clients engaged in regulation and climate change business models.

Emma has a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck University.
